1. はじめに

aipapagames（以下「当方」）は、パズルゲーム「Jarmony」（以下「本アプリ」）を提供します。 本ポリシーは、本アプリ（iOS / Web 版）が取り扱う情報について説明します。

2. アカウントと個人情報

本アプリはアカウント登録やサインインを必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先などの 個人を特定する情報を当方が収集することはありません。ゲームの進行データ（クリアしたレベル、★、コイン、設定）は、 お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。

3. 世界ランキング（当方のサーバーに送信される情報）

「せかいランキング」を利用すると、次の情報が当方のサーバー（Cloudflare 上で運用）に送信・保存されます。

ランキングを利用しなければ、これらは送信されません。ニックネームの削除をご希望の場合はお問い合わせください（匿名IDをお知らせいただく必要があります）。

4. 不具合（エラー）情報

本アプリで予期しないエラーが発生した場合、原因調査のため、エラーの内容、アプリのバージョン、端末の機種名、OS のバージョン、 上記の匿名IDを当方のサーバーに送信することがあります。氏名等の個人を特定する情報は含みません。

本アプリの iOS 版は、現時点では広告表示や第三者の広告・アナリティクス SDK を組み込んでおらず、 ユーザーを追跡（トラッキング）しません。将来これらを追加する場合は、追加に先立って本ポリシーを更新します。

6. Web 版（自社サイト / CrazyGames）

自社サイト（aipapagames.com）で配信する Web 版は、遊びやすさの改善のために Google アナリティクス 4（GA4）で 利用状況を計測します。同意バナーで「同意する」を選んだ場合のみ計測し、同意状態はブラウザの localStorage に保存されます。 氏名等の個人を特定する情報は含みません。データの取り扱いは Google のポリシーに従います。

CrazyGames 上で配信する Web 版は、CrazyGames 自身のプラットフォーム SDK（広告表示・進行状況の保存等）を使用します。 CrazyGames 上でのデータの取り扱いは CrazyGames 自身のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

本アプリは 13 歳未満の子供から意図的に個人情報を収集しません。ランキングのニックネームには個人を特定できる情報を入力しないよう、 保護者の方もご注意ください。

1. Introduction

aipapagames ("we") provides the puzzle game "Jarmony" ("the App"). This policy explains how the App (iOS / Web) handles information.

2. Accounts and personal information

The App requires no account or sign-in, and we do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, or contacts. Game progress (cleared levels, stars, coins, settings) is stored only on your device.

3. World ranking (data sent to our server)

If you use the "World Ranking" feature, the following is sent to and stored on our server (operated on Cloudflare):

If you do not use the ranking, none of this is sent. To have a nickname removed, contact us (we will need your anonymous ID).

4. Error reports

If the App hits an unexpected error, it may send the error details, app version, device model, OS version, and the anonymous ID above to our server so we can fix the problem. It contains no personally identifiable information.

5. Ads and tracking

The iOS version of the App currently contains no ads and no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not track you. If we add any in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

6. Web (own site / CrazyGames)

The Web version hosted on our own site (aipapagames.com) measures usage with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to improve the experience, only when you choose "Agree" on the consent banner. The consent choice is stored in the browser's localStorage. None of this includes personally identifiable information. Data handling is governed by Google's policies:
